My real estate knowledge of West Side properties is vast for I have been in the Real Estate Business since 1982. I began my real estate career working in a small company in Venice, CA named Sarlo Realty where I specialized in residential and income properties. In 1986 I moved to Fred Sands Real Estate in Marina Del Rey where I worked hard to become one of the top marketing experts for the company. In 1990, I moved to Jon Douglas where I developed an expertise in Creative and Targeted Marketing for my listings. I experienced both a small, boutique agency as well as a large corporate agency.
In 1989, I bought a tear down property in Ocean Park and built a duplex. From hiring an architect to submitting plans to planning and zoning and Coastal Commission, I gained extensive experience in the remodeling process. Since then I have been successful in assisting builders with locating and purchasing tear down properties and later reselling the new project.
I have always believed in the idea of treating clients like family, and consistently looking out for their best interest.
