Wayne Magnusen grew up in the South Bay and the Westside. He attended Pepperdine University graduation with a B.A. He attended the Pepperdine University M.B.A. and UCLA M.B.A. program.
As an account executive he has been running a marketing firm for the last 12 years. He can communicate effectively and can market a property with integrity. Recognized for his professionalism, honesty and hard work he represents buyers and sellers. Wayne has lived in the Westside/Pacific Palisades since 1978 and he is a 3rd generation Los Angeleno.
He is familiar with the Palisades community;schools and sports activities. With his extensive knowledge of the Palisades and the Westside as well as being a resident for over 20 years he can provide you with outstanding service.
